At Held & Whole you will find compassionate, non-judgemental, holistic support to parents and families who are welcoming a new member to the family. Recovering from birth, growing into parenthood and/or adding a new sibling are all hugely transformative experiences that deserve support and care.

Lauren is mom of 3 living in Prince George BC, who is well-versed in pregnancy, birth, babies, and postpartum. I am currently in the process of certifying with Doula School Canada.
